Approve minutes from previous meeting. minutes approved unanimously
 
Gay Games & 7/20 fundraiser-
Bear: 2 full teams, tony is shuffling players. tony is hosting jello shot party. ramping up advertising for event.  facebook invites and Team Cowboy. Trey will put together the publicity and tony will send it out.



 
Sponsorship: Bob Marquardt, brought up the idea of asking Apple for a donation for shirts for the team. if we bring up the fact that its for the games which is international and they might go for it. If we request funds from large company would want to brand the shirts.
 
london team uses a polo shirt for their club that is embroidered for the whole club and is used to advertise their club.
 
Tony asked if the board could give the GAY games EXTRA budget FOR CAR RENTALS Teams will determine how to divide this up.
the board allocated MONEY FOR TEAM DINNER AND MISCENALNIOUS
$1600 left from scholarships
$1200 dinner budget






Tony M will distribute Funds to Bear
 
Bear, Tony and Bob will work on the Possible Shirt allocation. even if it is after the games.
 
team one has a large number of players going to the games. Dan P will contact to make sure subs and players are there for games in San Francisco OR CANCEL THEM



Equiptment  joseph : will e-mail coaches and get first aid bags replenished.



Pride not enough people this year. $2300 in tips. comparable to last years. all receipts are kept and copies on hand. 2 months to hear from pride. ran out of some of the beer. Jose has all the equipment. need to reinforce why we have fundraisers to the club. only 30 people helped.
 
Folsom/folsom tournament. Dan has the lead this. Bear will be taking on the role of advertising especially in cleveland.
bear will e-mail dan to get all the info and logos.
 
until august 1 to apply for the booth at folsom. Jose will work with Flaco. one file must be attached for the 501 non profit already scanned. jose will forward to flaco as he will be in charge for folsom booth. get captains and delegate to make sure we have enough people to man the booth.
 
Payments are made and contracts signed FOR THE INDOOR TOURNAMENT.
 
joseph will look at the folsom shirts and ask dan if they can be passed on to the cleveland team.



Joseph will send an e-mail regarding uniforms. return all equiptment to coaches. Dan panko is team one coach, TW and Charles for the other teams.
